How to put line on a spinning reel

 Now that you know how to bait your hook, it's time to learn how to cast your line. Cast your line by holding the reel in your left hand and casting with your right hand. Point the rod directly at the target, and use a smooth motion to flick the rod forward and release the line. Keep your arm straight while you cast, and don't let the line snap back to the rod.
